Working in the Internet of Things (IoT) field for nearly 20 years, I am the Director of the IoT Expertise Transfer Laboratory (IoT Lab). My research focuses on operations management and corporate digital transformation through IoT and RFID technologies. I favor applied research using a “Living lab” approach, collaborating with partners to design and prototype IoT solutions across various sectors (healthcare, manufacturing, retail, smart cities). Within CRI²GS, I focus on Axis 2 (Tools for experimentation) and actively contribute to the empirical and “Living lab” research methods themes of Axis 1.
